A Few Reasons I LOVE Living in UTAH!
Ok, so I've decided I really suck at this posting thing...I've tried to think of interesting things to post about and I got nothing! No Fires, No Crazy Kids, No Good Ideas on What to Wear or Eat...Nothing! Anyway, so this is what I've decided to post about so you guys don't have to scroll down my collection of California Pictures. Reasons I love living in Provo, Utah! I never thought I'd admit this, but I really do love it here and can see myself staying here and raising my kids. Don't worry Fam, Chris has already signed with Deloitte in Phoenix, so we're committed to coming back!
Reason#1~ Utah has the BEST running trails. This is a picture of one we run often...just a 5 min. drive from where we live. It's right along side the Provo River and ends @ Utah Lake. It's just AMAZING and I believe it's because of this beauty that I've become so addicted to running!
Reason #2~ BYU games! Last Saturday was my first game and I loved it! The atmosphere was so fun. Ok, so I only watched the first 10 min....I ended up walking around with lil Eli Primosch. Poor Eli got so sleepy! But it was so much fun people watching(one of my favorite past times) and making people think I was the mom to this cute baby! haha, it did make me a little jealous I don't have one of my own! Thanks for letting me play Emily!!
Reason#3~ Good Cheap Entertainment!! Movies 8 is our favorite. It really is only a $1 and it's a pretty clean theatre. Plus, you don't get any trashy people their...it's mostly college or highschool students. We like getting the 10:30 tickets and grabbing dessert at Smart Cookie, or something similar, right before the show!

Reason#4~ I love having Family visit because

we get special attention! Haha, I know that's funny but it's so true! You get good one on one time. Emily just came up last weekend and Natty is coming for Conference weekend!! Thanks for a fun weekend Em!

3rd Year Anniversary!!
Kevin and Daina's 30th Anniversary was on Sunday and since mine and Chris' 3rd Anniversary was today, we went out to dinner with them last night. They treated us to the Oceans Club, which was quite the experience. Thank You Pops for the exquisite cuisine!!

This was the delicious carrot cake the restaurant suprised us with at the end of our dinner.

And Annie decided to go with the Creme Brulee. It was AMAZING!And you better believe I finished off that bowl of thick whipped cream. I'm sick just thinking about it, but it was worth it!

Camping @ Carlsbad
Here are some pictures from a couple of weeks ago with my family at Carlsbad. I was only able to go for a few days but it was so fun. Most of these pics are just of my nieces and nephews...I just love them to pieces!!
haha, look at Taggert's expression in the green with his little fists..."Yeah WATER! Give me more give me more!" And then you see poor lil Bronson, who wasn't quite ready for that

Natasha Daughtrey's new adventure!
So the girl in the middle is my friend Natasha. She's going to be attending University of San
Diego School of Law. This will be about a 3 year process and she's decided to save a buttload of money and live on this sailboat. That's right, Natasha purchased this sailboat and will be living on it for the next 3 YEARS! Any of you that know Natasha will be like, "well ya, ofcourse, that's SO Natasha!" And yes it is so Natasha. I love her to pieces and I know if anyone can do this, it's her. Now let me explain this cute lil boat. It's a 27footer and has a lil bedroom at the very front end of it, with a pretty decent size bed. Next to that is her closet(I think she was only able to fit roughly 20 items in there so she had down size a lot on her wardrobe) and then there is her little potty. Very little potty :) The kitchen consists of a stovetop with 2 small burners, a sink, and miniature size microwave and refrigerater and a pretty nice size table that converts into a bed. There's also two more places to sleep but her cat has already claimed one. So, this really is a comfortable place to live. Her justification for doing this (although I don't think she needs one because the experience alone will be worth it) is that she'll beable to sell the boat for what she purchased it for and the rent for docking it is only $400. Compare that to the $1200 rent she would have had to pay anywhere else in CA. There's also extremely nice bathrooms close to her boat that she'll use to get ready in. I just think this is so awesome and I'm so excited for Natasha's new adventure! Her goal at this moment, as if finishing Law School isn't enough, is to get good enough at sailing that she'll beable to sail it to Catalina Island. That's about 80 miles and a 14 hour trip. Tash, write a book already!! P.S. the cute girl on the left is Jamie, she was in California to try out for American Idol! Good Luck Jamie!!
