They were just thinking about us because we're up here freezing our lil bunz off and this will be our first Thanksgiving away from home and away from all our family. I love my Mom and Dad so much and I'm so thankful for them and the examples they are to us. They're constantly thinking of others! So I just hope during this great Thanksgiving Holiday, Chris and I can think of ways to serve others. Love you Mom, Dad & Emily and Thanks!!

Christy..the inserts are a bit much..over $100. i was feeling desperate with my knees. I think if I would have purchased the equalons before the inserts, i may not have needed them. I really do love the equalons. I found then at Nordstroms and you know they have a great return policy..buy them and try them out if your looking fo rnew shoes. I don't have any tips for increasing speed. My partner is fast and we just don't allow ourselves to stop. We go at 5 am when our stomach's are empty so we don't get side aches. I am really not into energy drinks..except for when i run. The only one I buy is the zip fizz liquid shot..it has to be the liquid shot. It's small and it packed with b12. I find it at costco..they move it around in there so you may have to ask. Good luck.
